You placed Refrigerator Service ? Great!! Here whats Next
Step #1 . Your Booking is conformed.
Once you placed the service request on our website or app you will receive the conformation message to registered mobile number or email ID detail of service booked and Appointment time. We will also inform you about technician assigned to your case. You can review the technician work portfolio , customer rating and reviews and Photo.
Step #2. The Assigned Technician visit for Service.
The assigned technician will arrived at the specified time. You will received unique code via email or SMS. Share this code to technician to start work.
Note : We encourage to verified technician detail like photo , name before sharing of unique code to start work.
In case you booked Refrigerator Servicing : Technician will remove debris and check the performance of refrigerator , Compressor.
In case you booked Refrigerator Repair : Technician will first diagnose the appliance and suggest best possible repair need.Once you conformed , Technician will repair the appliances.
After the service has been completed we will send the invoice with payment link to your mobile number and email id. You can pay in any mode like cash or Online. We accept credit card , debt card , Net Banking , UPI , Paytm Wallet in online payment.
